Venues

The SCEAA conference will be held across several locations in central Melbourne.

Registration opens at 8.30 am, Thursday 25th of November at The Australian Centre for the Moving Image (ACMI) on Federation Square, City of Melbourne.

The program will begin at 9.30 am, Thursday 25th November with a choice from two workshops 10.00 am - 12.00 pm at ACMI and the Koori Heritage Trust (also on Federation Square).

Day two will be at St. Hilda's College, The University of Melbourne and close  with education programs and  tour at Parliament House on Spring St. Melbourne followed by an optional closing reception.

Opposite Flinders St Station ACMI is centrally connected by trains and trams on Flinders St and Swanston St.

 

Parking:

There are many parking garages nearby - arrive early to secure earlybird rates - see individual parking garages for details.  We strongly advise not to seek street parking!

Friday 26th November

St. Hilda's College, The University of Melbourne

Public Transport:

St. Hilda's College is connected by two tram routes. 

From Flinders Street Railway Station: Elizabeth St Tram 19 to North Coburg takes approx.14 min (9 stops) to Gatehouse St/Royal Pde.  Walk 450 metres to St. Hilda's.

From Federation Square/Swanston St:  Tram 1 to East Coburg takes approx.19 min (9 stops) to Lytton St/Lygon St.  Walk 600 metres to St. Hilda's.

Parking:

Greenco Parking 215 Elgin St Carlton 850 m from St. Hilda's reasonable rates.   

Parkhound 700 Swanston St. Carlton. 1.0 km from St. Hilda's. (the old Women's hospital carpark) there is no website but the rates are reasonable.

We strongly advise not to seek street parking due to time restrictions!
